Logwood Caesalpinia sappan L.is the dry heartwood of the leguminous plant Hematoxy. It tastes sweet, salty, slightly astringent, odorless, flat, and has the effect of activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis, reducing swelling and relieving pain. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is often used to treat the symptoms of stasis pain, such as injury, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea and abdominal pain. It is mainly produced in Southeast Asia, and mainly distributed in Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Hainan, Fujian, Sichuan, Guizhou and other places in China, among which Guangxi is the main production and cultivation area.

Processing: Saw the length of about 3cm segment, and then cut into pieces or grind into rough parts.
